“On 22 May 2018, images from As-Suwayda governorate in Syria circulated, showing remnants of a Tochka series missile. […] The 9K79 Tochka tactical missile launcher and […] the 9M79 missile with 9N123F high explosive warhead have previously been observed in Syria […] and remnants of 9N123K cargo warheads (a cluster munition) have also been previously documented. This is the first time, however, that 9N24 submunitions have been widely photographed and publicised.”
