This is a one-way attack (OWA) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) believed to be designed and produced by the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Functionally, this munition is a missile. While ARES can assess with high confidence that this munition was designed and produced by the UAE, the model name or designation is not publicly known, so the temporary munition identifier of ARES-TMID-0015 has been assigned. TMID-0015, like TMID-0014, has been documented carrying the Modamer warhead produced by Halcyon, an Emirati company. TMID-0015 has been observed in Iran, in functioned and unfunctioned conditions, and the Modamer warhead has been clearly visible. (ARES July 2026)

This is a one-way attack (OWA) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) believed to be designed and produced by the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Functionally, this munition is a missile. While ARES can assess with high confidence that this munition was designed and produced by the UAE, the model name or designation is not publicly known, so the temporary munition identifier of ARES-TMID-0013 has been assigned. The UAE displayed this munition, alongside TMID-0014, during ‘Desert Tiger 7’, a joint exercise with Malaysia in February 2023. TMID-0013 has been documented using an 81 mm mortar projectile as the warhead. Both TMID-0013 and TMID-0014 have since been supplied to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan, likely by the UAE.
